Australia Wedding.

I am back home and already looking through pictures, which, will be coming your way shortly.
If you remember from earlier posts, I was just recently up in Washington hiking with my two best friends. After we finished, we all went to our old teacher (and my current employer at the camps that I went to in Australia and Whales) and our good friend's wedding in Seattle on Bainbridge Island. It was incredible. And stressful. I was handed a clipboard and put in charge. I also did all of the flower arrangements. It all turned out to be a smashing success and I am so thankful that I could give them a bit of peace of mind on their wedding day. You see, they have already gotten married TWICE this year. They have had ceremonies in Costa Rica AND Australia. (And now Seattle) I got the opportunity to be at the gathering in both Australia and Seattle. I know that the pictures from the wedding most recently are going to be INCREDIBLE. But they aren't up yet. Boo.
You all know how much I LOVE weddings though, so I thought I would put a few pictures from the wedding in Australia that I attended. Enjoy!

Hunger Games Gold Wedding.

So, as you all SHOULD know, The Hunger Games movie is coming out in less than a week and I seriously can not wait. 

I read the book a long time ago... ( A sophomore in high school?) and fell in love.

 I have gotten inspired to do a farmish, gold hunger games wedding post for some time now. 

So, here it is. :) Enjoy and please watch the movie. 

But more importantly, read the books.

As you all should know by now, I am obsessed with weddings. 

But, the sad thing is... being obsessed with weddings is not really socially acceptable when you aren't even dating anyone. 

I know. 

Strange. 

I have come to this conclusion by the awkward look I get when I am talking to a boy and I somehow end up blurting out that I am obsessed with weddings. 

I think that they end up getting the wrong impression. 

Like, I'm one of those crazy ladies who start planning the wedding as soon as she meets a boy... 

Well, I'm not like that.... really! 

I swear. 

I am more the kind of girl who plans other peoples weddings. 

Or, dreams about weddings... 

Or, will spend hours on end looking up wedding sites and ideas on the interweb because they are pretty.
 Or, the kind of of girl who will cry at the simplest wedding videos... 

Or, the kind of girl who has been planning her wedding since she was five. 

The whole obsession thing is weird, seeing how I am not in any hurry to find "the one" and I often have a hard time believing in happy endings. 

Yet, here I am... a college educated feminist with a sweet tooth for weddings and babies. 

WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME, GUYS??

Well, until I figure out the answer to that... 

I have a fever and the only cure is more cow bell...

It's been too long... Weddings.

Well, you know by now that I am seriously obsessed with all things weddings.

To the point where I sometimes find myself planning peoples wedding's who aren't even in relationships yet...

Well, one of my friends from home just informed me that she has been reading my blog as a distraction from the real world, (Don't we all?) and she wants me to plan her wedding. 

Now, I think she may have been talking about... you know, down the road a bit, maybe in a few years or at least wait until she is in a serious relationship, but I took that to mean, NOW. 

So, here it is, the start of another fabulous country wedding...

Or at least some fun ideas. 

Some More Wedding Ideas.

I know, I know you are all sick of my wedding posts. But I don't care, another year just means more time to wish that I was a professional wedding planner and hoping that ALL of my friends would drop what they are doing and get hitched so I could dream up their weddings all day. The Pinterest wedding site is an incredible spot to drool over wedding ideas, but then again, just give me a simple wedding site and I'll find something to oooh and awwww over. So, here's to 2012, and another year of making up weddings in my head.
